L’origine de FLO

In 1901 in Paris, Monsieur FOLDERER who reduced the length of his name giving birth to Brasserie FLO. More than half a century later, founder Jean-Paul BUCHER fell in love with the old brasserie and decided to turn it into a luxury brasserie.

Soon, so many Parisians flooded into the eatery that BUCHER soon created more Brasseries FLO to meet the demand and expanded across Paris and Europe. For over a century, the chic eatery has been a popular hangout for famous writers, artists and celebrities, such as PICASSO, former French Presidents MITTERRAND and CHIRAC, Coco CHANEL, Sophie MARCEAU, Ernest HEMINGWAY and more…
